About Me

My name is Jason Pereira, and I’m a sixteen year old university student. Currently taking a four year Business Administration course, I attend an Australian university in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I like the odd game of football (real football, not that American rubbish played with hands ) and support Arsenal football club; other interests are networking and of course making money.

I started with the whole make money online thing last summer after I had holidays and not much to do in them; anyways, although I started off poorly, writing articles at $2/hour, being naive and not knowing any better - I have come along since then and make quite a bit more these days. I run a few websites, including the coolest blogging forum out there and make money from various things like affiliates, website flipping, blogging, offline marketing. On average, I earn mid $X,XXX per month.

I was born in Bombay, India on August 17th (the same day as football legend Thierry Henry), 1991.

About This Blog

The University Kid Dot Com (also known as TUK) was founded sometime at the end of 2007 as a personal blog for a challenge with some friends; the challenge never materialized but the blog remained. I only started promoting the blog sometime at the beginning of 2008 and since then have written more than 200 posts, networked with hundreds of interesting people and learned much more than I would have without having it.

The blog used to be in the ‘make money online’ niche but I pulled out as I did not feel comfortable considering a lot of the nonsense that goes on there; this is now run as a young entrepreneur blog but also talks about internet marketing, blogging tips and the occasional tip or two to make money online, including advice that has actually worked and made some people thousands of dollars.

I get a few emails every month asking me to try out products or just people wanting to send me stuff, anyways this is my address; the United Arab Emirates postal system is still being developed so for now we have PO boxes.
