The problem is that, when you can’t sell your domains, you’ve wasted your money. But still: nice way to earn online.

I am considering entering domain flipping.

Thanks for sharing where should I sell them.

BTW, buying expired domains take a long time because you have to wait for 75 days from the time it expired.

I have flipped some old domains in the past but I lost money on the deal because they weren’t good ones. Would I do it again, you bet.

I usually buy my domains @ Godaddy because all of my domains are there, having domains scattered all over the web is just not a good idea for me. I also receive a discount from Big Crumbs when I buy my domains which helps ease the pain.

I also have a ton of free hosting credits there which I use to get a site off the ground. Once it’s up, running and ready to go I transfer it to my own hosting.

I have thought about domain flipping for a long time! Actually a few years ago when I bought a domain name and did not double check the name I was registering and got the wrong name. I sold that domain for $50 some how on ebay. Ever since then I have thought about flipping domains for profit, I have just been scared to lose out if I bought a bad name.

Your advice to start small makes since. I think I will give this some more thought! Thanks!

Just wait and relist the domain every each day. You could sell the domain even for $1. It’s only around $5 loss and you might sell the next one for $100.
