First of all, two things…

I’d like to thank a commenter on here, Faint, who runs a site teaching you how to make beer… he installed Brian’s Threaded Comments and the comment area looks a lot slicker. In the past, I couldn’t reply to each individual comment because comments came in way too fast and typing out blocks of text at a time was a pain, however now I can reply to each question you guys make here individually - how cool is that! :razz:

Secondly, I’d like to thank anyone that has ever recommended this blog to someone else - I’d do this individually, but there are way too many of you. I really appreciate it, and although I make zilch relatively off this blog I will try to run it as long as people say they’re benefiting from the information on the whole. At the moment, the subscriber count is 999 so make sure you tell your friends to subscribe so that we can break the 1,000 mark :)

So that’s 43 people. I apologise for not replying to each of you individually, but if your name’s here I’ve gotten you and noted you down, so don’t worry. I’m thinking maximum three people more depending on interest, don’t want to get too many as that will mean more time managing rather than giving you guys knowledge that will help you make money. By the current way things are going, should be done by the 1st of September and then I can write everything up.

Some people had some questions, so just wanted you guys to have a chance to ask before this goes ahead. I’m only really giving you this chance because I want to play with the threaded comments, but ask and I’ll answer :razz:

This is an INDIVIDUAL project, and you will be working on your website by YOURSELF.

However, there will be groups. Think the olympics, 100m sprints - similar. There will be heats, which in this case will consist of groups of seven people.

You only ‘compete’ against the other six in your group, and at the end of the challenge the person in your group with the highest sale amount wins the group. Each group will have one winner, and (hopefully) each winner will get a prize. I was thinking of a blog contributed to by all, however as it’s the first one I’d rather you guys not be distracted… some have suggested sponsored prizes related to website flipping though, so that could be looked into.

Anyways, feel free to put out questions and I’ll answer them! There’s also a few days yet to enter, and I’ll update this list with anyone that does. Cheers guys :)
